This policy ensures:

What you can do
If you are a government employee: Connect via your department's internal network or authenticate through the official NDRC VPN using your CARL-ID credentials.
If you are accessing remotely: Ensure you are connected to the NDRC VPN gateway and have valid network authorization for this resource.

If you require VPN access: Submit Form NDRC-IT-007 (Remote Access Request) through your department's IT administrator for security clearance review.
